The private pool is fully screened, so swims come without bugs or leaves. A covered overhang wraps around the pool deck with two ceiling fans. It shades a high-top table for six, which is easy for poolside lunches out of the sun. Two chaise loungers sit out in the open for sunbathing, and a grill is available to rent. Past the screen, a grassy area at the back keeps the view open. The front sitting room, the family room, the king suite, and the pool bath all open directly onto the lanai. There are two separate living areas. The front sitting room has a vaulted ceiling, a sofa for three, two accent chairs, and French doors out to the pool, so it’s a quieter spot for coffee or reading. The rear family room is where movie nights happen. Two sofas seat five, an electric recliner faces the Smart TV, and a ceiling fan keeps the room cool. A sliding door opens to the lanai, so you can keep an eye on swimmers from the couch. Tile runs throughout the home.

The kitchen has white cabinets, granite counters, and a new gas range and microwave, plus a stainless fridge and plenty of counter space for big breakfasts. House Rules

- This property is non-smoking. Violators will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
- Pets are not allowed. Violators will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
- Always observe quiet hours after 9 PM - 7 AM, as there are neighbors close by
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
- This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
