- Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a $500 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
- This property is not pet friendly and any evidence of pet hair is subject to a $250 fine plus the cost of any extra cleaning, sanitation, waste collection and damages.
- Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
- Maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
- Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occurs on the premises and its facilities. - Guests must report any property damage to customer service.
- Pool is to be used solely at the guests’ own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
- Quiet hours 10pm -7am. Please be respectful towards our neighbors.
- Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property with no refund.
