You’ll also be just a short walk or drive to a variety of shopping options for keeping stock of all the necessities, along with dining destinations ranging from fine, formal meals to seafood feasts, artisan pizzas, and more.

Inside the home, tall ceilings sit atop open spaces expertly curated with comfortable furnishings and chic décor to maximize your downtime between adventures. The living room offers plentiful sofa seating to stretch out in as you surf the channels on the TV, the gas fireplace providing a cozy ambiance for a family movie night.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create delicious homecooked cuisine, with all-white appliances, natural wood cabinetry, and ample countertop space for preparation and storage of all your snacks and goodies. Gather together for formal dining at the circular table for 4 or snag a high-top stool at the counter to snack on appetizers or grab a quick breakfast on the go.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom and additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles with additional parking across the street.
• Bayside resort charges an optional fee to all persons age 5 or older for use of community amenities including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center

Jan 1 - May 15- 3 day pass is $40/person and the 7 day pass is $70/person
Sept. 23- Dec.31 - 3 day pass is $40/person and the 7 day pass is $70/person.
May 16- Sept 22 - 3 day pass $65/person and the 7 day pass is $115/person
