- The unit is on the third floor and accessible only by stairs; there is no elevator available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests can enjoy streaming services with their own credentials.
- Payment for parking passes must be made in cash at the security kiosk upon arrival. Each parking pass costs $20.00. Guests are authorized for up to two parking passes.
- This home is equipped with an external security camera, located on the main entry door facing the external hallway.
- Washer and dryer available in-unit.

Check-In/Check-Out
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
For all pet-friendly properties, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.

There are physical keys to access the community amenities. These will be at the villa for your use. If lost, there will be a replacement charge of $50.
