Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home also includes a half bathroom and a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Pet friendly! Up to 2 pets both must be under 50 pounds for an extra fee. Pet fee is not included - paid separately starting at $60 for 2 pets for 2 nights with increasing fees for longer stays.

• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Parking: 2 parking permits are provided and must be displayed on parked vehicles.

This unit and all its contents belong to someone else—please treat it with care. We conduct a detailed video walkthrough and take photos before check-in to document the property's condition. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay, including potential additional cleaning fees.
No Smoking

Occupancy & Noise
• Strict occupancy limits apply—no parties or unauthorized guests beyond the listed capacity.
• The City monitors and enforces occupancy regulations.
• Loud noises and parties are not permitted. Violations may result in fines, reservation cancellation, and removal from the property before check-out.
No Drugs
This property enforces a strict no-drug policy, including marijuana in any form. Any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform.

• As a small, family-owned operation, we appreciate strict adherence to these times.
