The BBQ is only open during the summer. The garage is not for guest use.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

This property includes 2 guest passes that allow guests to access the Tahoe Donner Association, which offers communal swimming pools, hot tubs, and a sauna; private beach (summers only), and other exclusive amenities. Amenities vary by season and rates are set by Tahoe Donner Association (not included in your reservation). Each pass can accommodate up to 4 people for entry (8 guests total). More information can be found on the Tahoe Donner website.

Open outdoor fires and BBQs using wood or charcoal are prohibited.
Noise that is “an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighbors(s)” is prohibited after 10 PM.
Outdoor lights must be out after 10 PM to enjoy the mountain stars and minimize light pollution.
Parking vehicles off the pavement, on other person’s property/driveway, or on access easements is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, Tahoe Donner facilities, parking lots, and open spaces.
Trash must be locked up in your bear-proof container, never in your neighbor’s container, or dumped anywhere in Tahoe Donner.
Camping on private residences is prohibited, including tents, carts, RVs, etc.
Drone use on Tahoe Donner property, including open space, is prohibited.
Slow down on Tahoe Donner streets. The speed limit is predominantly 25 MPH. Wildlife, accidents, dogs, and children could require sudden stops.
Use of Tahoe Donner amenities or facilities after closing, either for the day or season, is prohibited.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Pets are not allowed.
