Branson Landing is just a mile and a half away, placing you within a short drive of shopping, dining, theme parks, and live shows. As you make your way toward the iconic Table Rock Lake, be sure to set aside some time to stop at the many family-friendly attractions that line the drive, including the fun and educational Aquarium at the Boardwalk or the nostalgic theme park of Silver Dollar City. However you plan to spend your day, it’s guaranteed to be filled with fun and lasting memories!

At the end of long days exploring, head back to the home for rest and rejuvenation in spaces expertly curated to maximize your connection and time spent with loved ones. The living room offers plush sofa, armchair, and recliner seating for surfing the channels on the TV or queueing up a movie for a cozy night in. A sliding door opens out onto the spacious, breezy balcony, the perfect spot for sipping on your morning coffee or a refreshing afternoon cocktail. Back indoors, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to create convenient family style meals in the comfort of home, with stone countertops and rich wood cabinetry providing plenty of room for prep and storage. Gather around the circular dining table for formal meals together or snag a high-top stool at the counter to snack on a delicious spread of appetizers.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• This is a 3rd floor unit with 36 steps to the front door. An elevator is also available for guest convenience.

This enviable location puts you just 10 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
