Of course, this location is also perfect for those seeking epic outdoor adventures. Reach the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in about 25 minutes, or Wears Valley in under 15 minutes. 11. Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
12. Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
13. Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
14. Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
15. Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
16. Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
17. Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
18. Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
19. Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
20. Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
