The home’s shared living space features a spacious open concept design under vaulted ceilings. A gas fireplace creates a cozy backdrop for your time spent relaxing at home, while the smart tv provides entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is just adjacent, giving guests easy access to snacks and drinks. The chef of your group will have all the necessary tools and appliances for whipping up delicious meals, which could be casually enjoyed at the barstool seating along the counter, or at the formal dining table with seating for 8. Guests will want to make the most of this home’s awesome location by exploring all Newport Beach has to offer, but you’ll also enjoy each moment spent inside this amazing home.

This home sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms:
- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and Jack and Jill bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedrooms #2 has a king sized bed.
- Bedrooms #3- #4 each have a queen size bed.
- Bedroom #5 has a twin size bed with an additional twin size trundle bed. This bedroom shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom #1.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There will be roadwork on the front street and alleyway of Casa Balboa and Blissful Balboa from 1-31-25 to potentially 2-24-25.
This work is being done by the city of Newport Beach, is out of our control and may greatly affect parking in the area.
- Newport Beach often gets a nice breeze and thus this home does not have Air Conditioning.
- The home has an additional bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- If you are bringing a small pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 SMALL pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

This home is located on Balboa Island, a perfect location to explore all the best of Newport Beach with even more to do in nearby Corona Del Mar and Huntington Beach. It's a short walk to the quaint shops and restaurants on the island, as well as the ferry which takes you to the Fun Zone and Balboa Pier. Casa Balboa is a mere 4.4 miles from the Newport Beach Pier and only 3 miles from the Corona Del Mar State Beach Park.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Park bikes and wagons in car parking area in designated spot only.
Laundry room hours are 8AM - 5PM.
