Centrally Located Cozy Pet Friendly Cottage

Host was very responsive and kind. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion. The house was as advertised and had a homey feel to it. We would suggest to others our host for future visits to Nashville.

Overall this place was a great place to stay. The only downfall is the area that it's in. It seems like they are trying to rebuild a less fortunate area so I didn't feel unsafe, but I made sure I was with someone at all times. Other than that, the place was spacious, comfortable, and super close to downtown. The host was also quick, nice, and helpful with their responses. I would recommend staying here with a group of people.

Went to visit Nashville for a girls trip and this was a wonderful Airbnb to stay at! The host were very friendly and welcoming , they even gave us a later check out time! We felt very safe, our entire trip and extremely comfortable !

All around had a great stay. Wish there were closets available to hang clothes in all bedrooms. Only a small free standing clothes hanging rack in master, no other bedrooms.

It was just what the pictures showed. It had everything we needed. Since we got there when it was wet outside, there we not any rugs, so floors tracked in stuff.

We stayed here for a cheer competition that was held downtown. The proximity to downtown is great and the house itself was nice, however the surrounding area was a little sketchy feeling. We definitely would not go out at night. Parking was slightly cumbersome because you had to have someone go into the front door and walk around to the back gate to open it to be able to get in to park. The back gates only open from the inside. This would have been a good thing to know when we arrived after dark the day we got there and had to access the back gate from a not so safe looking alleyway. We had an issue with the electronic door lock the last night we were there and an alarm kept going off on the dead bolt that would not stop. When I first notified the company they were not going to send someone out until the next morning. Then I informed them that it was a constant high pitched beeping and we needed someone to fix it. It took them over an hour to come out and all that was done was replacing the batteries. The lock the proceeded to go off again around 1am waking us up and us having to figure out a way to stop it. Other than those things the house was fine for what we needed I just wish we would have been more aware of the surroundings of the neighborhood.

We had a good stay, it was mostly cleaned - we found a marijuana cookie in the table drawer. The beds are REALLY noisy and there is the bare minimum in the kitchen. In the end we enjoyed our stay, but we could not cook as much as we wished.
