You’ll also find convenient options for groceries and dining within just a few minutes of the home.

In need of some privacy after busy days exploring the local scene? Head outdoors to the home’s private balcony to enjoy some fresh air with a cocktail in hand, while indoors, guests enjoy a movie on the smart TV in the living room with plenty of comfortable sofa seating. Pick up the fixings for your favorite eats and get cooking in the kitchen, equipped with full-sized appliances, plentiful countertop space, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Corpus Christi is a great place to visit if you're looking for a beach vacation with a side of culture. The city has miles of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and plenty of sunshine. Visitors can take a trip to the Texas State Aquarium, home to over 4,000 marine animals from all over the world, or venture to the South Texas Botanical Gardens and Nature Center, home to a variety of plants and animals from all over the world. Relax on one of Corpus Christi's many beautiful beaches, such as North Beach or Mustang Island State Park, or take a day trip to the Padre Island National Seashore, a barrier island with over 70 miles of undeveloped coastline. This unit and all the contents are someone else’s property. It is vital that all guests respect and take care of all aspects of the property. We complete a video walkthrough and take photos of all corners of the property to document the state of the property before check-in. Guests will be responsible for all damages that may occur during the stay and this can include extra cleaning depending upon how the property is left at check-out.

Strict age requirements! The age requirement for our properties is 25+ to book and at least one member of the party that is onsite throughout the entire stay must be 25 years of age or older. We require verified identities through the booking channels for the guest who makes the reservation and who is on the property.
No smoking! There is a strict no smoking policy at this property. Any evidence of smoking could result in extra cleaning fees.

Strict occupancy requirements! No parties or additional guests are allowed beyond the occupancy requirement. This is monitored and enforced by the City. Parties and loud noises of any kind are not allowed. Violation of this house rule could result in fines and revoking reservations and removal during the stay and prior to check-out.

No drugs! There is a strict no drug policy, including marijuana in any form. We report any evidence of drugs to the local police and report this evidence to the booking channel.

Check-in & check-out times: As a small, family-owned and local operator/host, we require strict adherence to our 4PM check-in time and 10AM check-out time. Alternative scheduling may be available with at least 24 hours advance notice, but this is not guaranteed. With many back-to-back check-outs and check-ins, we need our guests’ help to maintain our schedules to ensure that the unit is ready for the next guest.
