The home’s well-appointed interior is a welcome retreat from the heat, where cool tile flooring runs through spaces meticulously curated for both relaxation and entertainment. Curl up on plush living room sofa seating with chaise lounge to surf the channels or queue up a movie on the TV. No matter where you roam in the home, you’ll maintain line of sight on the sweeping views of the picturesque outdoors. Back inside, the open floorplan leads you straight to the modern kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Dedicated parking is available for one vehicle. When checking in at the front desk, guests will pay a $51.50 Resort Fee directly to the resort that will cover the cost of your required parking pass. Please note that the parking pass must be displayed in your vehicle at all times, or cars will be booted or towed with additional fees.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
• Check out is 11 AM.
• Keep luggage within check out and airport $10 per luggage.
• Amazon delivery $5 small pack and $10 for big pack.
• Second car for guest valet $20 per 24h.
• Friend visiting guest valet $5 until 10 PM / $15 after 10 PM.
• Mini market, cafe, restaurant, shuttle every 30 minutes.
• Laundry / card $5 / washing and drying $2.50.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit or anywhere in the building. 
All units at Ocean Reserve are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises including the unit being rented.
No noise (music or other sounds) or conduct is permitted at any time in such a manner as to disturb or annoy other persons. Noise violations are taken seriously and your stay should never cause annoyance to the tenants around you.  
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances.  
Entering the building when wet from pool or beach should be through the freight elevator entrance only and all persons using the pool must be in proper attire and must be toilet trained or wear swimming disposable diapers. No Horseplay is allowed.
PARKING – Dedicated parking is available for one vehicle. Housekeeping: THERE IS NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 
Carpet is cleaned professionally on a monthly basis, and any stains will be removed at a cost of $65. We recommend not to walk with shoes in the apartment to maintain a clean environment for the next guest to enjoy.
Any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties directly are to be resolved in Miami Dade County Florida as venue.
No storage or placement of personal property will be allowed in the common element areas of the building.
