Bring your pets along on your stay and take them for long walks through the neighborhoods of this beautiful and eclectic beach town.

An expansive wraparound deck provides you with ample views of the surrounding area. When you’re not spending your days out and about, you can enjoy lazy afternoons basking in the endless Texas sun or cooling off in the shade with multiple types of seating available. The covered parking is roomy enough to bring along a boat should you wish to explore the water by sea and by land. Indoors, the open concept living space is roomy enough for a crowd, offering spaces for action and entertainment as well as rest and relaxation. Wood paneled walls and ceilings add design and warmth to the space, accented by large picture windows showcasing the local scenery. The living room features comfortable sofa seating and a large, mounted smart TV which can be enjoyed from anywhere in the room. The dining room table can easily accommodate 6 for meals or game nights, with 3 additional stools at the kitchen counter. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for whatever type of meal you’re in the mood for, with a Keurig coffee maker highlighting your morning hours.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 3 full size and 1 twin size bed in a 2-bunkbed setup. A smart TV is also included.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. This unit and all the contents are someone else’s property. It is vital that all guests respect and take care of all aspects of the property. We complete a video walkthrough and take photos of all corners of the property to document the state of the property before check-in. Guests will be responsible for all damages that may occur during the stay and this can include extra cleaning depending upon how the property is left at check-out.
No smoking! There is a strict no smoking policy at this property. Any evidence of smoking could result in extra cleaning fees.
Strict occupancy requirements! No parties or additional guests are allowed beyond the occupancy requirement. This is monitored and enforced by the City. Parties and loud noises of any kind are not allowed. Violation of this house rule could result in fines and revoking reservations and removal during the stay and prior to check-out.
No drugs! There is a strict no drug policy, including marijuana in any form. We report any evidence of drugs to the local police and report this evidence to the booking channel.
Check-in & check-out times: As a small, family-owned and local operator/host, we require strict adherence to our 4PM check-in time and 10AM check-out time. Alternative scheduling may be available with at least 24 hours advance notice, but this is not guaranteed. With many back-to-back check-outs and check-ins, we need our guests’ help to maintain our schedules to ensure that the unit is ready for the next guest.
