The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras. The first is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the entrance. The second is located in the backyard, actively monitoring the backyard and patio area. The third is located in the driveway, actively monitoring the driveway. The fourth is located on the side of the home, actively monitoring the RV/boat parking area.

No Parties: The property is for residential use ONLY. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed to respect the neighbors and maintain Lake Havasu City's peaceful environment.
Respect the property: Please treat the home and its contents with care and respect. Any damage to the property or its belongings will be the responsibility of the guest.
Security & Safety: For your safety and security, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property and at night.
