In the winter, fresh powder is on the menu where the summit of Granby Ranch towers at over 9,000 feet with 38 trails for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding to test your skills and your limits. For a day out on the town, you’ll be just 10 minutes from all the eclectic shopping, dining, and entertainment options in downtown Granby.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Trailers, campers, RVs, and boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight.
• A hot tub fee of $20 will be required.
• This home is not equipped with air conditioning.
• This home is NOT pet friendly.
• TVs are smart TVs and can be utilized logging on to your own apps.
• Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 p.m.
• Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.
