Dry off on the rooftop deck, the plentiful sunshine keeping you warm while you lose yourself in the pages of a good book. Shade seekers will still get their fill of fresh air up at the home’s patio or the screened-in deck, the perfect spots for al fresco dining or catching up on casual conversation.

Kayaks and some water jackets are available for guest use. Water shoes are recommended.

Venturing out away from the home, you’ll be within just 10 minutes from the remarkable Ark Encounter, a one-of-a-kind biblical themed attraction you simply must see to believe. Visitors from all over the world come to see this amazing, man-made wonder, and we can assure you that you will not be disappointed by what you find! Inside the home, soaring vaulted ceilings enhance the openness of the main level, where relaxation and entertainment are made easy among the comfortable furnishings and lake-themed décor. Sink into plush leather sectional seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the mounted smart TV. A rustic-chic dining table seats 10 for formal meal, while 5 high-top stools at the counter offer a setting for quick and casual bites. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your mealtime needs, with full-sized appliances, glossy stone counters, and warm wood cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home.

On the lower level, a second, more secluded entertainment experience awaits, where board games crank up the competition while you tune into the big game on the smart TV. Sneak in an afternoon nap on the comfortable sofa, afterward kicking off the evening right by whipping up a round of cocktails and mocktails at the built-in wet bar.

This home sleeps up to 16 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, and a standalone full size bed.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras. The first is located on the front door, actively monitoring the front walkway and entrance. The second is located on the back porch, actively monitoring the back walkway and entrance.
