This place was in a great location. We could walk to all the restaurants on Cabrillo & State St. in about 10 minutes. Walk to harbor in about 15 minutes. Breakfast place name "Chads" was really good & close as well. Place was beautiful & clean, & cat friendly. The only thing was construction right next door, was pretty loud in the morning's, but we got use to it.

The unit felt even more spacious than the photos portrayed! It was in a great location to walk to restaurants and thr marina/wharf. Great amenities as well. Thank you!

We found this Airbnb to be a great option for our Santa Barbara stay. It was great to be just a 10-15 minute walk into downtown and into the port with great coffee and dining options. There's also a nice little grocery store less than 5 minutes away walking that made the location very convenient. it was great to have the garage spot and beach amenities too!

Loved staying at this amazing place. It was a complete home and very spacious. Loved all the outdoor patios, especially the private rooftop patio. Spectacular views, and loved the outdoor fireplace. 5 minute walk to West Beach, Pier, and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was very well equipped to prepare your meals, and a grill too. Loved the decor and just the overall fibe! Would definitely rent this place again!

This place is so lovely! Beautiful home. Great location! Walkable to beach and the funk zone and great restaurants. The bikes are a great bonus. The rooftop deck is a fabulous place to eat your meals and hang out. The rooms are super comfortable and nice. The dumb waiter is a nice bonus. We loved staying here and look forward to coming here again.

We absolutely loved this place the first time so obviously we came a second time. What went wrong with our stay the second time though is that the unit that is adjacent to this one started construction (hammering) at 730am in the morning every single morning we were there. We left a day early since it was really killing our relaxing vacation vibe.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mykonos apartment in Santa Barbara! The location was perfect…within walking distance of great restaurants, beach, and transportation. The home was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely return!

We loved this property. Specifically,the location as we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. The views from the rooftop deck were stunning, especially at night. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean, modern and spacious. The tub in the master was a dream after a day of walking! There are several flights of stairs in this home. From bedroom area to main living area and again to deck. The only improvements we could suggest would be perhaps a redo on the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. They were definitely looking very worn.and discolored we did have some issues communicating with the company when it came time to receive information on how to get inside this home. I had a lot of back-and-forth and still didn’t receive what I needed. Perhaps I was asking a bit too early, but we were actually on our way to Santa Barbara and still hadn’t received the information. Eventually, all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

For our family Mykonos is for real coming home to Santa Barbara. For the past nine years we have spent our summer vacation in Santa Barbara – our happy place ☺ – and for the past three years we lave stayed at Mykonos and we are looking forward to this upcoming summer at Mykonos as well. The condo is beautifully decorated with all you need. You can barbeque on the patio right outside the kitchen area, enjoy a glass of chill local chardonnay in the “sky bar” on the roof top overlooking the Pacific. The location is perfect and in walking distance to the beach and the restaurants at the Break Water, Stearns Wharf or State Street. Take a stroll down town and go shopping or explore The Funk Zone restaurants, wineries or maybe spend an hour of cross fit.

We enjoyed our stay and this home very much! Townhouse was well appointed with all you would need in kitchen, towels, laundry detergent...etc. Great outdoor spaces with wonderful mountain views. We walked to breakfast and coffee each morning and loved being blocks from the water!

This property was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted- a beautiful stay over the 4th of July holiday. It was well appointed and very walkable to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor balconies were perfect with stunning views.

Our stay in Santa Barbara was great in no small part due to our vacation rental. The townhouse was beautiful, especially the rooftop deck which we used every night with the fireplace. The house has a really well equipped kitchen with a Viking stove. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The location was great - a short walk to the beach, harbor and State St. We rode the bikes that were included on the bike trail along the beach as well. There is no A/C but that turned out not to be an issue as the nights are cool and, even with 85 degree days, it was still 69 in our bedroom at night with a window open.

If you want a fabulous place just a few blocks from the beach and State Street, you could hardly do better. Having your own garage in an area where parking is tight is also a huge plus. Like all vacation houses, it has a few quirks, though: The rooftop deck is as beautiful as the photo, but it's one of 4 side-by-side decks. So a loud group next door will definitely be heard. This deck has the best view of the mountains though. Having all of the bathrooms on the bottom of 3 floors is nice at night, but it's a floor below the living room and kitchen and 2 floors below the rooftop deck. The kitchen is also one of the best we've ever had in a rental, right down to how well stocked it is.

The house is well appointed with plenty of space for the four of us. We enjoyed our mornings on the rooftop deck taking in the views. Location was outstanding ... easy walk to the beach and to State Street.

Staying at Mykonos was the best vacation decision we could have made. The property location was perfect for us and the design was impeccable. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Loved the rooftop view and all the lovely balconies. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with incredible detail were thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making this vacation one of the absolute best!

Very nice. Bath tub drain didn’t hold water very well and the water heater didn’t support the tub bath. That was very disappointing, other than that it was perfect.

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful condo. The outdoor spaces are very nice, and the rooftop patio has beautiful views at day and at night. The bedrooms are spacious and each has it's own bathroom. There is also a half bath. It's within walking distance to State St., the Warf and the Marina, with many top restaurants/bars close by. It also has bikes and beach chairs/toys. We will be back.

We were visiting Santa Barbara for a wedding and this property was perfect for us! The location is great and very walkable to the funk zone as well as the beach. The property was beautiful and matched the pictures on the listing. Lastly, the communication was very prompt from the host which was always appreciated!
