Explore shops and eateries around South Beach Marina (3.8 miles away) and Harbor Town Marina, (2.3 miles away). Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the backyard path leading directly to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. There’s no need to ever leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation on Hilton Head. You can rent bikes by the day or the week at several bike rental companies nearby and they will drop them off and pick them up for you! Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule during your stay. The trolley runs during peak season, and it is free to access and a great way to tour Sea Pines! The Trolley stop is a short walk from the house (0.9 miles).

On quiet afternoons, curl up in an armchair with a new book or play a board game from the provided collection. Prepare special vacation meals in the completely remodeled kitchen, appointed with brand new quartz countertops and a new backsplash. You’ll find a table in the breakfast nook among helpful gadgets and appliances. Another table in the dining area will accommodate festive dinners and your full party.

The side patio offers a gas grill and a dining table. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the bistro table. After a fun filled day, gather around the wood burning firepit in the backyard. A private path in the backyard guides you directly to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, and dedicated workspace.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin-over-full bunk bed.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. An additional weekly resort fee of $30 per vehicle (2-axle vehicle) will be required, payable in cash only and paid at the gate upon arrival.

- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
