Merion Village Residences Suites

It wasn’t a bad house or area per say there where just things going on the construction was terrible and the house wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and we are lead to believe that is due to our early check in that we paid for. Furthermore, 2/4 of the garbage disposals didn’t work… the WiFi was very very spotty. Among other things.

Convenient location for German town. Extremely tight parking is possible for only 4 vehicles (listing 2). Other parking on streets. Apartment downstairs needs gutter work to prevent downspouts on porch, causing area to be slippery. All 4 apartments had structural problems from doors nearly off the hinges to strange smells. The lock battery's needed replacement on arrival. The host was quick to react to any needs and made this place worth the money simply because of the location.

Good set up we hade 16 people and the four apartment layout was great for us. The parking is very, tight but as long as your cars are smaller it’s no big deal. There was a list of rules that we could not see until after we booked, the rules were fine it was just a very odd we couldn’t see them till after we booked. That seems like something you should post for people to see before booking. Other than that there was nothing wrong. We were pleased with our stay and it worked out great.

Of all the airbnbs ive stayed at all over the world, this was one of them. You get what you pay for. The apartments were fine. We had plenty of room for our group. You can tell this was a quick flip from the rushed paint jobs, wires running everywhich way, the WALL TILE used as floor tile in a bathroom, cheap and flimsy outlets that never seem to work, doors hanging off their hinges, etc. There was also a very weird stain in our bathroom that looked like brown fingerprints, which was brought to their attention, but never heard anything about it. This is a business that owns this, not an individual and you can tell that from the LENGTHY message they send you covering them from basically anything that goes wrong, short of the building collapsing. The location isnt bad, close to german village, if it isnt freezing like when we went, you can walk most places. Kinda hard to find the back door originally because you have to travel a bunch of side roads to get to it. Overall, just ok.

Great host, awesome location. It is 4 apartments which worked out fine, just couldn’t tell from the pictures

The property was very clean, and the property managers were very responsible and handled all issues quickly. The only problem with this property is all four units are not accessible internally you have to walk outside and upstairs.
