Modern 2 BDR w River View Balcony Walk to DT

Overall, it was a pleasant experience but there were two main issues. Firstly, the A/C did not work and we asked for a technician that never showed up. So we had to keep the door open, which was a problem because of the second issue, which is the fact that there is an extremely loud train right next door. With the door closed, you can barely hear it, but with an open door, every half hour a loud train runs for about 5 minutes at a time. Otherwise, it was very clean, great location, reasonable price and we even got to know a couple of our friendly neighbors.

Home was very clean and cozy!! Parking was free as advertised and has two spots available in the garage. Washing machine and dryer work well, although they only provide laundry detergent not dryer sheets. Kitchen was stocked with basic utensils and serve-ware however did not have wine glass or regular coffee only decaf. Luckily with tons of great food options in Nashville these weren’t deal breakers at all !

This was a great place to stay in Nashville! Just a quick uber drive away from Broadway or a 15-20 minute walk. Host was very responsive when we had questions or concerns.

We spent 5 days in this apartment as a group of 7 women. The apartment was clean and as pictured in the listing. It had a nice view overlooking the river. Although there is some construction going on around the area, there wasn't much noise to disturb us or our sleeping hours. The apartment is walkable to the strip and is a short 5-7min uber ride away. It is equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. we appreciated the 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Overall we had a really great stay. Our only two suggestions are that they could use a full-length mirror or two, as well as either a dresser or some shelving in the closets. Since the apartment can accommodate 7 people, it'd be nice to have a little more shelving. Outside of those details, it was a really great stay. Also, the couch is not a pull-out couch. The seated part is just very wide for a person to sleep on. It's not a deal breaker, but it's something to consider when booking more than 6 people.

Inside was good. Outside was sketchy. There was a lot of construction and walking to broadway was about a 20 minute walk, but the Ubers weren’t too bad.

Nice place with a nice view of the river. The train was nice to watch and was not noisy. Comfortable beds. Solid set up. Kitchen had coffee already there and there was enough toilet paper for the trip. Other basics provided. We did not an email to set up the app required for the locks. This was handled relatively quickly when we called, but was a bit of a hassle. The parking garage was very tight to maneuver, made worse with a lot of very large vehicles that didn’t park carefully. Of course that is not the unit’s fault, but worth knowing if parking is not your strong suit. The thermostat was not adjustable and it was cold. Had I called the hotline, it might have been fixable, but I didn’t. There weren’t instructions provided when I asked by email. Overall, a good choice with just a few issues.

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for our trip to Nashville! The location is just a short walk to Broadway and the area was peaceful and felt safe. The host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay, providing clear instructions for check-in. Highly recommend!

Property is very nice!! View enjoyable too! Very walkable to downtown although we used Lyft because of the weather. Listing mentioned train tracks so expected some noise but the frequency of the trains is ALOT and fairly loud especially from the main bedroom. Check in very easy with the Latch app

This condo had everything we needed and a great view of the river. It was walkable to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. There were some noisy neighbors late one night. This is the first time we stayed at a corporately owned unit. However they were responsive to our texts. The second bedroom does have a cutout high on the wall to the living area. So be aware that the light and noise from the kitchen could be an issue for light/late sleepers.

We changed locations because my son and his wife decided to go with us. Our prior location was right off Broadway Street and for the first time in Nashville and on Broadway, I'm glad I changed locations. More quiet and peaceful. The property was clean, and the place was nice. Sits away from Broadway Street and about a 20-minute walk (Ubers add up). Stayed 5 nights with this property located right on the river. There is a train track that is next to the property, but it didn't bother us. The train tracks have a house over the tracks and over the river and rotates to let larger ships pass through, kind of cool to see in action! The staff was extremely responsive and addressed a couple items in a timely manner on two separate occasions. I would definitely recommend this property on your trip to Nashville if you wanted to stay away from all the hustle and bustle of Broadway Street. There are two great places to eat and within walking distance from the property, Jonathan's Grill (pub style bar and grill with great food) and the Sedona Tap House Nice sit down and bar with outstanding food and drinks! Definitely recommend the Sedona for a steal and smoked Old Fashions, they won't disappoint! I will definitely be back to Nashville and look to stay at this property again!
