Famous country singer, Dolly Parton, was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, the family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located 13 miles from the home. • Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
