Jointly owned by Sevier County legend Dolly Parton, the theme park is a quick 30-minute drive away. For a day of nature exploration, reach the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountain National Park in about 40 minutes. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
