Help prep homecooked meals at the island with stool seating for 2 or enjoy a quick breakfast before dashing out the door. Formal meals can be enjoyed in the dining room at the chic table with seating for 4, illuminated in natural light from the large picture window.

Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The condo has one designated parking space with one extra "first come, first serve" parking spot.
The pool is open May-September, weather permitting. Pool hours are 9am-6pm. No alcohol, loud music or partying allowed in the pool.
If renting in the winter, please read instructions for heaters and pellet stove. Never leave the Pellet Stove unattended, keep small children away and always turn it off before you leave the condo or before going to sleep. Please turn off all space heaters and pellet stove before checking out.
Loud music, partying or any neighbor disturbance is not allowed in this property.
