Northwoods Hangout Near Tahoe Donner

The cozy living room has comfortable seating gathered around a wood stove fireplace and flat screen TV. A Roku (streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu) and wifi are available for family entertainment. The kitchen sports immaculate wooden countertops, stainless steel appliances, and smaller appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. When you are ready to sit down for a home cooked meal, the dining table has seating for 6.

The TV's in the bedroom are not hooked up to any streaming services.

The garage is not available for use. During the winter, plywood is added to cover the downstairs living room windows and the dining room sliding glass doors to prevent snow from breaking the windows. It can be dark/cave like during the winter due to the plywood covering windows/doors, but the backyard can still be accessed by walking around the home.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

Open outdoor fires and BBQs using wood or charcoal are prohibited.
Noise that is “an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighbors(s)” is prohibited after 10 PM.
Outdoor lights must be out after 10 PM to enjoy the mountain stars and minimize light pollution.
Parking vehicles off the pavement, on other person’s property/driveway, or on access easements is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, Tahoe Donner facilities, parking lots, and open spaces.
Trash must be locked up in your bear-proof container, never in your neighbor’s container, or dumped anywhere in Tahoe Donner.
Camping on private residences is prohibited, including tents, carts, RVs, etc.
Drone use on Tahoe Donner property, including open space, is prohibited.
Slow down on Tahoe Donner streets. The speed limit is predominantly 25 MPH. Wildlife, accidents, dogs, and children could require sudden stops.
Use of Tahoe Donner amenities or facilities after closing, either for the day or season, is prohibited.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Pets are not allowed.
