The heart of the community is the championship golf course, a meticulously designed haven for golf enthusiasts. Immerse yourself in the lush greenery and challenging fairways while enjoying the fresh lake breeze – a golfer's paradise with a view! Beyond the home, you will also be conveniently located for easy day and evening trips to the charming nearby village of Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake, a popular destination for tourists and locals alike with its boutique shopping, numerous eateries, and outdoor recreation experiences.

The home’s bright and modern interior features soaring vaulted ceilings sitting atop open spaces illuminated in natural light from windows offering picturesque views of the surrounding tree-lined landscape. The cozy living room welcomes you in for downtimes spent streaming all your favorite shows on the smart TV, the electric fireplace offering the perfect ambiance for an immersive movie night. Steps away, the stylish eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped for all your mealtime needs, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The high-top dining table seats the whole crew whether dining on homecooked meals or enjoying takeout from a local restaurant. The back deck will be your go-to stop for enjoying your fresh cup of morning coffee or spending evenings around the firepit, toasting up tasty treats while regaling each other in stories of the day’s adventures.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and deck access.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with additional parking in the overflow lot by the clubhouse as needed.
• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 6 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is mounted over and actively monitoring the driveway. The second is mounted on and actively monitoring the garage.
• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

The golf and tennis professionals rate among the best in the Lake Geneva area, offering high-level junior lessons as well as adult leagues, lessons, drills, and events. Outdoor pool season is Memorial Day through Labor Day and offers recreational swimming and patio lounging. You have access to the golf cart for use within Abbey Springs during your stay.
