Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, full-over-full bunk bed, smart TV, and shared ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Parking passes are required and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times while on the property. Passes will be located in the home upon arrival.
• The condo is a single level with no stairs inside. However, the entrance is on the buildings third floor, requiring two flights of stairs from the parking level.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
• Fireplace is not available for guest use.

- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws, which mandate that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
