Heading up to the deck, you’ll find everything you need for entertaining days in the sun and fresh air including barbeque and flat top grills, a TV, stereo system, and plentiful seating for enjoying casual conversation and meals al fresco. Continuing your outdoor exploration away from the home, Jetz Trampoline Park is within a 5-minute walk or you can take a short car ride over to Miner Mike’s, a family fun center featuring an interactive maze, rides, games, and snack bar. Lake of the Ozarks State Park is 4 miles away, feeding the nature lover in you with an endless shoreline, hiking trails, and hidden coves. Golf enthusiasts will want to check out the surrounding courses of Bear Creek, The Oaks at Margaritaville Lake Resort, and Osage National featuring challenging greens and fairways surrounded by stunning natural beauty. With options for shopping and dining also right within walking distance of the home, there’s truly something everyone can enjoy doing here!

Indoors, the open floorplan presents a cheerful interior with comfortable furnishings and décor inspired by its nautical surroundings. Curl up on the living room sofa with a new book as dinner is prepared in the kitchen just steps away. Complete with stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware needed for the convenience of preparing meals right at home. Dine together at the table with seating for 6 or hop up to the counter for casual bites or a quick breakfast before jetting out the door. The den is the perfect place to watch a movie or catch an afternoon nap on the sofa with lake views remaining front and center. Feeling competitive? Head to the game room, fully decked out and ready to host a gathering with a pool table that can also be converted into ping pong, a bar with wine fridge, TV, and a stereo system for cranking out all your favorite tunes. You won’t be able to decide which aspect of this house you like the most!

This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests between 4 private bedrooms, and 2 sofa sleepers.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size. Please note that the TV shown in the photos has been removed.

Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed (must be under 30 lbs). A daily Pet Fee of $25 will be included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• If bringing a pet there are no outdoor accommodations for pets.
• Fireplace not for guest use.

Pet Notes:
We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
Number and Type of Pets: We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. We accept dogs, cats, and small caged animals. Please contact us in advance if you have exotic pets or unusual animals to confirm their eligibility.
Size and Weight Restrictions: Dogs above 30 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests.
Behavioral Guidelines: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
Cleaning Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
