Riverfront Condo Centrally located Near DT

It was a last minute trip and what I paid was fairly decent especially for the area few minutes from everything I wanted to do very clean loved the view during the morning and sunset great place would book again

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Check-In war ebenfalls sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The condo was okay. The pictures definitely make the place look bigger. It was pretty small. Also, there are A LOT of check out requirements…… why pay the cleaning fee when you have to do a lot of it yourself and the place was dirty upon arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. The bed, pillows, linens, and furniture were clean and comfy. The place was well stocked with necessary items. The pool was nice, and the area seemed safe. There is construction going on across the street so there was daytime noise but didn't seem too bad. Also, you could hear the people upstairs walking back and forth. The location is great with a beautiful view of the river and boats going by. You can easily walk to downtown or the stadium. The host was very responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very cute and had all the necessities. Walking distance to downtown but would not suggest it after dark. Currently, construction across the street can get noisy. Once completed the area should feel more like a community. Loved the river view and the small wildlife.

This was our second stay at Riverfront Condos. Condo was clean, but had a musty smell. Neighbor upstairs was super loud late at night. Other than that, it hits the mark for convenience to the top areas downtown. Love the balcony on the river.

We really enjoyed the property! It was very cozy while we had our downtime from being out. We came for a romantic long overdue vacation, new to Nashville, and it was in such a great location. The neighborhood isn't the best, it seems a little shady when you pull in, but they keep parking in this covered garage thing with alot of lighting, and you can park right by your apartment. I felt safe. The water pressure from the shower -- OMG! It was the best shower I had in a while lol. And the pillows -- I literally took off the pillowcases to see what the brand was. It is a perfect place for a couple, the river view and patio is very relaxing, and the perfect distance to downtown. So you are not in it but right by it, its minutes away, but not loud. If you are needing somewhere to stay in Nashville close to downtown, this is probably one of the best bang for your bucks you will get. We went in late fall so I cant comment on the pool but wish there was a hot tub..... if I had to give a complaint lol. Thanks for the hospitality and relaxation for the week. We felt very comfortable and welcome!

Condo was clean. Good location. Can hear neighbors on the floor above very easily. Pack a sound machine.

I had a great stay . It was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was awesome.i have no complaints at all . Its a very nice apartment. Well worth the money and very close to broadway. Definitely will stay there again

Spent 4 days here. Walkable to downtown & Broadway (20 min). Easy access to other attractions. Comfortable king bed. Nice to have comfy living room seating. Enjoyed the small Deck with river view. All basic amenities needed were provided (except tinfoil & Saran Wrap - but we brought our own)

This property was nice and a good value for the price. The property is in the river so that was nice and is close enough to downtown to walk. The bed was comfortable and the place was relatively clean. It’s an older apartment so there are some things that just can’t be cleaned and need to be replaced At some point. I would stay here again in a heartbeat
