Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles. RVs, campers, boat trailers, or box trailers are not permitted.
• Surdyke Marina is conveniently located next door and is available for trailer storage and boat launch services. Please feel free to contact them directly for assistance.
• First floor unit, no stiairs required
• This property does not include a boat slip. However, guests can contact the management team to inquire about renting a slip at the community dock. Please note that arrangements must be made prior to your reservation, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. The rental fee for a boat slip is $45 per day.

No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Dock Safety: Swimming off the community docks is not allowed.
No Parties: Please respect the maximum occupancy of your property.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of noise levels.
Pool Safety: We recommend that children under 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in community pools.
Lake Safety: Per state laws, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified personal flotation device (PFD) when near or in lake water.
