Had a great stay and it fit our needs perfectly. Only issue was receiving a code to use on the lock that didn’t work but we eventually found the right one.

Still our 'go to' place to get in some days skiing at Mammoth Mountain. Love the proximity to local shopping and the ease of taking the shuttle to and from the mountain. We have taken our dogs in the past, but it was just us human's enjoying the condo this weekend! Ample cooking amenities to feed your crew at the condo. Decent wifi for multiple device access for streaming or work.

This was a great stay for the price. Easy check in and flexible check out. The place could use some updating but what place couldn’t really. The location was perfect with easy access to the mountain and local restaurants.

The shower & sink not draining properly could easily be avoided. There should be a thorough checklist to ensure my stay would be comfortable. The walls had several patch work jobs done that made the place appear a bit neglected. The dishwasher door has a loud squeaking noise which made me believe it was old. The master mattress had a bow in the middle. Perhaps time to flip the mattress.

Couch a bit outdated and uncomfortable. The baking pans were needed. The hot water ran out pretty quickly.

On first presentation the condo seemed great. It wasnt until that evening when I looked at my 4 yo feet and they were black. The floors needed cleaning. We ended up mopping the whole condo so we could feel more at ease. Also, the big issue was there was not enough hot water. There was enough hot water for 1 person to take a quick shower per day. We had 5 people in the condo and not everyone got to take a shower the whole time we were there...we advised the manager but in the end nothing was done...BIG FAIL!
