This place was great. It was big enough for our family. I would recommend this location but want to let everyone know a few things about our experience. First, the porch light didn’t work so when we came home at night it was hard to see the key pad to enter our code. I let the host know and they said they would have someone out to fix it but it never worked the whole time we were there. Second, the WiFi and cell service was spotty. Some of our phones would always go into SOS mode and when watching a movie it would buffer several times, and even got error codes. Third, the pictures showed there was a slide and lazy river at the pool but we never saw one. The complex next door had one but it looked like it was a different company and we didn’t have a code to enter for it anyway. If the 2 complexes are connected, it should explain that in the description. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay for a few days.

Thank you for staying at Sierra Sky, Maria. We apologize for the inconvenience with the porch light, WiFi, and pool details. We did in fact send Maintenance and they replaced the lightbulbs and sent us verification that it was on. After you checked out, we went and checked, and all lights were working. The listing states you have access to both resorts and your key fob would have worked to give you access. We are working to place more info in the condo for our future guests. We wish you would have reached out about this, as we would have explained that. The cell service is spotty here but works great if you are connected to the WIFI. Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had breathtaking views. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location for exploring Utah’s beauty. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was excellent. My family and I had to book last minute. They respond with in 40 to 50 minutes. It was great. The check in was easy and the instructions to the condo were spot on. They had everything we needed and the communication was excellent back and forth. Definitely 5 star. My place to stay.

We had challenges getting into our room. The access code didn’t work. After several minutes I did get in touch with the property manager. He was able to provide an alternative access code. The unit was clean for the most part. There’s some maintenance items needing done. The light above the microwave was out. The sliding patio doors slider channels need to be cleaned and lubricated. There was an oily film on some of the glassware so we washed a few items. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the cool mornings. It was a short walk to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property. Dishwasher did not work, refrigerator made random wierd noises. Grill outside on patio was filthy inside, hadnt been cleaned. Other then these small inconveniences we really enjoyed the property. Overall i was impressed. I wouldnt hesitate to book again. Thank you!

Plenty of room for people to spread out and have their own space. Super easy to get on and off the Highway to go to Zion National Park.

First off I will mention that Becky the property manager was wonderful. She always answer our text of anything we needed and beyond. When we arrived the coffee machine had broken and she was already in route with a new one. The property grounds are very well kept and for property users only accessed by a FOB key. The pools were not overcrowded and the courts were typically available at most times. The best time we found was when people were out for the day you had the whole amenities to yourself. In the evening when people came in from the day did you see more people around. The best part with this room is it faces east and not west. We encountered many guests who unfortunately had rooms towards the west that faced the interstate and noise and gas station giving a “truck stop feel”. We did hear noise from a joining highway which I would say would be it’s only down fall if you’re looking for absolutely peace and and quiet. But if you want a central location and able to hop on the interstate towards either Zion or St George this is a good landing spot. Reasonable priced especially for such a beautiful condo. We ate all our meals outside next to the fireplace and cooked up steaks one night on the grill. Already thinking of next spring break at this place. Thanks Becky and Grand Welcome.
