Southern Exposure w Private Balcony

The property management company was extremely responsive and helpful about a cleaning issue that was missed. The apartment was exactly as described and the grounds were beautiful. They were also flexible about check in and check out times. We had a nice time thank you.

We have stayed at few condos in the Omni La Costa Grounds, and this one was one of our favorites. The view fromm the balconies is awesome, especially in the mornings as the sun rises and fog sometimes floats over the golf course. The hosts were very friendly and flexible as we decided to extend our stay a couple of times. Would definitly stay here again.

Beautiful location and AMAZING customer service from even before I officially booked! The team was thorough, responsive, kind and worked with me on my request so quickly. The view from the balcony is a super bonus too.

Overall great stay. It was difficult to cool the bedroom as the AC unit was in the living room. Would recommend and/or stay again.

Very pleased with the accomodation, location, views and condition of this property. Very comfortable for our 3 night stay and would definately rebook this accomodation for a future visit. Everything was super-comfortable and conveniently located... The unit was lovely with expansive views from the balconies. The kitchen was well-stocked for all of our "home cooked" dinners! We enjoyed our time by the pool and hot tub as well. We can't wait to return for another weekend away!

I was seeking a clean and safe place to stay on a business trip and this property exceeded my expectations. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. The condo is clean. The resort is beautiful and provides gated parking which made me feel safe. Easy check-in and out. Super close to shopping and the beach! They could update the shower as the rod has rusted. Otherwise a great experience!

Such an amazing location close to everything! Convenient garage gated parking and quaint perfect condo for my short stay with all the amenities! Great kitchen with all the little touches such as cinnamon for my coffee and coffee grinds for the coffeemaker. Very quiet and peaceful and would definitely come again!!!

Out of all the properties I looked at in this location I'm so glad we chose this one. The resort is gorgeous, the condo is very well-appointed and super clean. Third floor is also very quiet. We really enjoyed the building pool as well. The owner is extremely responsive when we have an issue with the garage door opener. Grocery stores and Target are extremely close, as are the beaches. My only criticism could be that I wish it had more towels, both in the kitchen and the bath, but the shared laundry on a lower floor made it possible to keep clean. Also, we were there during a particularly hot time. There is air conditioning in the living room, but not in the bedroom. We bought a small inexpensive fan and left the bedroom door open to circulate air. It worked no problem. This is a great property and we hope to stay here again.

Daughter needed to move into her dorm at San Marcos State University. The location was great/. It’s about a 15-20min. drive to the college. Beautiful drive thru the hills and neighborhoods. Close to a Starbucks, breakfast and lunch places. Very quiet place and beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable and convenient unit. All was as advertised and extra bonus was that the beds are extremely comfortable. We took advantage of the community hot tub and the dedicated garage parking, as well as sunning on the balcony. The unit is on the top floor of a building in a large planned community. Close to whatever you need. We’d definitely stay here again.

The swimming pools for the condo units were not heated. The “smart” tv in the unit should be updated so as to be able to stream from one’s phone streaming service such as Max, Hulu etc. Good location; pretty surroundings and very quiet.

We loved the well-appointed unit and its balcony view, as well as the protected parking space. The campus of Omni La Costa was peaceful and beautiful. We would come back! The location was central to many activities around San Diego and Carlsbad.

Omni La Costa grounds were beautiful. Building was quiet. Property was clean and well maintained. Pool was nice. Wireless worked well. Little disappointed on in wall AC, turned out to be sufficient with fans blowing into the bedroom when outside temp was 70, above that was not quite enough to cool full space. Recommend second AC unit for bedroom if you want to delight guests.

We enjoyed our stay the this condo. We were attending a wedding at the Omni and the condo was a short walk to the reception and resort restaurants. Rooms were very clean and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Some of the furniture is worn/outdated. Some areas were in need of dusting/cleaning but generally safe and kept up. Unit overlooks tennis and pickleball courts so make sure you don’t mind the sound. Unit includes disposable earplugs if needed. It didn’t bother me but it is something to consider.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. For 2 people, this was a spacious, clean, and comfortable room with 2 balconies with a view the beautiful greens. We look forward to future stay.
