Venturing out away from the home, you’ll find that Easley offers a charming downtown area where historic buildings house local boutiques, antique shops, and quaint cafes, making it a great spot for leisurely afternoons. Be sure to visit the Foothills Playhouse for a dose of live theater or check out the local events like the annual Easley Fall Festival. Nearby cities like Greenville, with its bustling arts scene, award-winning restaurants, and the stunning Falls Park on the Reedy, are just a quick drive away. For college sports fans, Clemson University’s famous Memorial Stadium, home to the Tigers, is also close by, making Easley a great home base for football weekends.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a full size bed.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom on the second floor with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Parking on the street is prohibited.
• Pet friendly! Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs only, maximum of 2, 65 lbs. or less allowed. No other pet types are permitted. An additional daily pet fee of $35 will be included in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Additional pet requirements are as follows:
o Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments.
o If you are staying with pets, please ensure all pet waste is picked up and disposed of properly. If any pet waste is found, additional charges will apply.
o Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at any time during stay.
o Pets must be leashed at all times except in the enclosed fenced backyard.
o Pets cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.
o Pets must not be left unattended and have to be in a kennel/crate while guests are not inside of the residence.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras. The first is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the front lawn. The second is located on the front of the house near the side door, actively monitoring the driveway.
• An additional barbeque fee of $40 per propane tank will be applied if used.

1. Off-limits Areas

Please do not try to enter any locked doors. All guest accessible areas will be unlocked.

2. Smoking

Smoking, vaping, or using marijuana on the premises is not permitted at any time and will result in additional charges.

3. Parties and Social Gatherings

Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited.

4. Noise

Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 6 am as a courtesy to the neighbors. No loud music or disturbances at any time.

5. Trash

Please leave all trash in the provided trash bins located near the fence at the top of the driveway.

6. Instruments

Please do not play the banjo. No food or drinks near the piano.

7. Pets

Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs Allowed. NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS. We only allow maximum of 2 dogs 65 lbs or less. Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments. If you are staying with pets, please ensure all pet waste is picked up and disposed of properly. 8. Firearms

Firearms are not permitted on or in the premises at any time.

9. Bonfires

Use off the fire pit is at your own risk. Guests will have to use their own firewood, as it will not be supplied for you. All fires must be attended by adults over the age of 21. Fires need to be small in size.

10. Parking

Do not park on grass or side of the road. All guest vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Cars parked in the grass or side of the road will be subject to fines and towing.

11. Deliveries

If you have any deliveries sent to the property, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any packages or mail. You must be there to receive it.

12. Liability and Lost Items

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge. Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.
