Take a day trip into Townsend (30 miles) with additional national park access, shops, dining, and river tubing. Famous country singer, Dolly Parton, was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, the family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located 13 miles from the home. If you’re looking to shop till you drop, the town and surrounding areas are dotted with galleries, boutiques, antique malls, flea markets, and so much more! • Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
