The Rockford Escape Holiday Hills Branson Golf Resort Outdoor Pools

the space was great...this is my second time at this property...we were on the level floor, with a balcony overlooking the golf course, 1 small ponds you can fish at...they had 2 pools, indoor and outdoor pools ( we were told we could not use the indoor pool) either way it was too cold to swim...the space had 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, the beds were comdy....we had all we needed to cook a meal....there were 3 of us and 2 dogs, we did not feel crammed in the space....the balcony was great....it was alittle too far to walk anywhere, so a car is needed....the front door has a large opening, but did lock....I was kind of put off by having to pay 27$ extra to check in early.check in was rather late, 4pm, and check out is rather early, 10am.should be check in 2pm, check out 11am.we came for the weekend from tulsa.we left early Friday (9am), got into Branson about 130pm.we wanted to make the best of our time, check and out times should be adjusted.but overall a great experience

Thanks for your feedback. Most people don't understand how much time it takes to get a property ready for a guest arrival. There was a guest checking out the same day you were coming in. The reason there was a charge, is because we would have had to shift our vendors and pay them more. Checking in at 2 and checking out at 11 would NOT give our teams and vendors the time they need to make sure your home is 100% ready of your arrival. We are glad to her you loved your stay. wonderful stay, they were nice and gave clear directions. I really enjoyed my time there and wish I got to stay longer. It was a family trip so they had plenty of games for us to play just in case we wanted to stay inside. they had alot of kid channels, my daughters favorite was barney and spongebob. Easy to change the reservation and allowed me to check out 15 minutes late due to difficulties. The only problem was the key to the pool not working but the people inside were really nice and let us in. Overall great experience!

Excellent location, not knowing where I was booking and having to rely on maps from the Internet. Only a few miles to Main Street and all of the lights and activities. Also close direction to top of the rock. Condo was immaculate. Great view of the golf course and fully stocked with all amenities. Easy to access-no stairs- master bathroom-handicap friendly!

The condo was very easy to get to, spacious and accommodating. Had things for my toddler as well from dishes, to actives.

I have stayed at a lot of condos in this complex. It’s my favorite complex to stay at in Branson. This condo was probably the cleanest and most well stocked. I have no complaints about owners or the condo. It was easy to check in and out. The down side to the complex is no fault to the owners. The noise level between units can be noisy and disturbing due to not having a good noise barrier between units. Noise upstairs was the only annoyance but that’s a risk you take when booking a condo. Like I said that is not the owners fault. I would stay there again.

Great communication with the hosts and the property was okay. There were just some janky things about it like almost all of the doors wouldn’t close fully unless you lifted up the door along with it. One of the outlet plates was cracked 3 ways. The blanket basket in front of it was falling apart and shedding wicker. There are also no vents in the front bedroom for heat to come in. The air conditioning unit in there lets in cold air from outside too. There was a loose piece of quarter round trim that came off and had a 2 inch nail sticking out from it. That being said, there were some good amenities like board games, crayons, a pack and play and an air mattress but was also lacking in others like we had less than a roll of paper towels available to us for 3 days. The kitchen had a good variety of pots and pans although could use a cookie sheet of some kind. All in all, it was decent and not the worst. A fine place to stay if you’re not too picky!
