Smoking, vaping, or using marijuana is strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in additional charges.
3. Parties and Social Gatherings
Parties, gatherings, or social events are not allowed.
4. Noise
Please keep noise to a minimum between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighbors. Loud music and disturbances are not permitted at any time.
5. Trash
Dispose of all trash in the bins provided near the fence at the driveway entrance.
6. Firearms
Firearms are not allowed on or in the property at any time.
7. Pets
Pets of any kind or size are not permitted.
8. Fireplace
Using the fireplace is at your own risk. Fires must be attended by an adult over the age of 27 at all times.
9. Hot Tub
• Shower before entering. No lotions or oils are allowed.
• Avoid using glassware in or near the hot tub.
• Maximum capacity: 7 occupants.
• Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
• Replace the cover after each use.
• Do not exceed 104°F. Ensure the hot tub is off and covered after use.
• Hot tub use is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Guests are responsible for damages caused by misuse.
10. Parking
Park only in the driveway. Do not park on the grass or roadside; violators may be fined or towed.
11. Deliveries
We are not liable for any deliveries. Ensure you are available to receive packages or mail.
12. Liability and Lost Items
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Items left behind may be donated or discarded after two days. Shipping forgotten items will incur a handling charge.
13. Missing or Damaged Items
Guests will be charged the full replacement cost, plus a convenience fee, for any missing or damaged items.
