Away from the home, begin your greater Tampa exploration in historic Ybor City as you wander through its cobblestone streets adorned with colorful buildings and immerse yourself in the rich Latin heritage. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the scenic Tampa Riverwalk, admiring stunning views of the Hillsborough River and downtown skyline. No visit to Tampa would be complete without exploring its world-renowned theme parks, either! Feel the adrenaline rush at Busch Gardens or dive into aquatic fun at Adventure Island. This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom. An inflatable full size mattress is located in the bedroom closet for additional sleeping flexibility.

The bedroom includes a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Background Checks: Background checks are required for all guests staying 30 days or more. These screenings are conducted at the guest's expense, costing $39. HOA rejection typically only happens with major criminal offenses. If the background check fails, the reservation will be canceled without a refund for the screening fee.
Required Documentation: A lease agreement is required for all guests staying 30 days or more and must be signed prior to arrival. Car registration is required for your own parking pass (not a guest parking pass) and costs $25. This will allow guests to have their own parking passes.
