This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and queen size sleeper sofas in the living room and game room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, twin size bed, and smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, full size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking is located at the back of the house and is available for 2 vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

This location is also ideal for its close proximity to nearby Big Bear Mountain Resort with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking, the Scenic Sky Chair, and 9 holes of golf to enjoy during the offseason. The resort is just minutes away with 26 lifts, 55 runs, and options for every experience level. Non-skiers can get their thrill with high-speed tubing down the slopes. Big Bear’s 3 snowtubing locations (Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park) are equipped with moving walkways which carry you to the top of the tubing runs. These fun-filled locations feature year-round options as well with summer tubing, mountain coaster ride, ropes course, waterslides, and more.

Within 10 minutes you can be at the lake, where you can hike or bike along the shores, rent a boat, kayak, or canoe for a day out on the water, or cast a line out with the hopes of catching the evening’s dinner. In the winter, this area is an immensely popular destination for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing, offering several resorts to choose from for any skill level such as Snow Summit, less than 4 miles away. For a more leisurely pace through the powder, the area also includes several cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. Thank you for choosing a Grand Welcome property. We are excited to host your vacation. We want to remind you that you are staying in someone’s private home in a residential neighborhood. All we ask is that you respect the neighbors and other guests so we can continue to operate as a short-term rental. Below are vital details that must be followed regarding noise, parking, occupancy, and trash. Please follow these rules to avoid any disruption during your stay or incurring a substantial fine.

Booking this home means that you agree to all Grand Welcome’s and the City of Big Bear Lake’s rules and regulations. It also means that you are responsible for any citation fees due to negligence. Each fine is $500. We appreciate your compliance.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires the party responsible to sign the Good Neighbor Guide and share this information with the rest of your group prior to your arrival. We also ask for a photo of your ID. This is NOT OPTIONAL; you will not receive check-in information until this step is completed.

Parking: Keep in mind you are in a residential neighborhood and parking rules strictly apply. Your rental has a maximum of 2 spaces. Big Bear Lake does NOT ALLOW STREET PARKING or parking in the yard. You will be towed at your expense and incur a fine. Park only in the driveway or garage (if provided), there is no public overnight parking. During the winter months (November through April), Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains. It is especially helpful to have 4WD or AWD as you may need it to access parking as some driveways are steep.

Absolutely no parties. If the City of Big Bear Lake or Grand Welcome is alerted that there is over occupancy of the home or vehicles, or a party is in progress, you will incur and be evicted by the Sheriff without a refund.

The city’s noise curfew is from 10 PM to 8 AM.

No smoking, vaping, or drugs. No glitter or confetti (extra cleaning fee of $500).

No unauthorized pets.
