Location is everything here with a beach path just across the street for easy, quick beach access in minutes, as well as all of the shops, restaurants, and fun of Coligny Plaza within walking distance. Also walk to the new Low Country Celebration Park which hosts the local wine festival and other events throughout the year, as well as everyone’s favorite pirate ship park for the kids. Golfers also love the convenience of being situated perfectly between the island’s best courses.

Located in Tanglewood Villas, this second-story villa is nestled in a quiet, peaceful community tucked amongst beautiful Palmetto trees. Pour a drink or enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the beautiful lagoon or walk just across the complex for access to the community pool and grills. The villa is perfectly situated in a serene, mostly owner-occupied community to ensure a peaceful place to come home to while also being within a short walk to all of the action. The South Forest Beach bike path runs right through the community so renting a bike and using the paths is very easy to do, and if you prefer, the complimentary Hilton Head Island trolley and golf cart shuttles will take you to and from the beach or Coligny Plaza.

  5. A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
  6. Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
  7. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
  8. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
  9. Occupancy
  10. Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
  11. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
  12. Quiet Hours
  13. 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
  14. $500 fine for noise violations.
  15. Property Inspection
  16. Notify us of any issues immediately.
  17. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
  18. Pets
  19. For all pet-friendly properties, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
  20. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
  21. Cleaning
  22. Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
  23. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
  24. Utilities & Appliances
  25. Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
  26. Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
