Grand Welcome of Surfside and Bay Harbor Islands is owned by Simon Kouhana. Originally from France, Simon arrived in the U.S., settling in Hollywood in 2022. He brings over 25 years of property development and property management experience to the area, offering homeowners an exceptional vacation rental management program. Simon and his wife, Laurence have four children – three sons and one daughter. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys soccer and boxing. An avid traveler, he finds the sunny beaches of Hollywood to be on par with those in Miami.
