2-302 The Beach Villas at Kahaluu is the perfect place for family and friends to stay on the Big Island of Hawaii. The vacation rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an ocean view from the private lanai. Vacationers will find themselves in an ideal location for island activities. Right across the street is Kahaluu Beach Park - considered by many to be the best snorkeling spot in Hawaii. Fed by fresh spring water, up to 10 million gallons per day, these waters are almost always calm, with colorful corals, rock formations, and 100+ species of fish.

Each room in the home features tropical decorations and furnishings for a refreshing atmosphere. The unit opens into an open floor plan consisting of the living room and kitchen. To the right a chef can cook mouthwatering meals or tasty snacks. The kitchen is well equipped with upgraded black appliances and ample counter space. Four bar stools are arranged to create dining space. Although you are in Hawaii, so take your meals outside to the private lanai. The lanai has a patio table and chairs, so you can dine and sip on a pina colada while watching mesmerizing sunsets over the ocean.

The living room has plenty of seating options and a TV. Pop a movie in the DVD player and relax with your guests at the end of the night. WiFi, central air conditioning, and a washer/dryer are provided to ensure your comfort.

The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, TV, doors to the lanai, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is suitable for accommodating the kids as it has two Twin-sized beds and TV. A guest bathroom is located right across the hallway.

Be sure to utilize all the other amenities The Beach Villas at Kahalu'u offers. The unit includes one parking space, access to the outdoor pool and hot tub with ocean views, and BBQ stations.

- The pool gate lock code will only work between 9am and 9pm.
- The pool bathroom door lock code will only work between 7am and 9pm.
- The street gate lock code will work 24/7.
- Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.   2. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
  3. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
  4. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
  5. Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
  6. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

Great stay.

There are 4 condos on the 3rd floor of this building. 2-301 is the closest to the beach, and 2-302 is the 2nd closest. Fantastic view, can hear the waves from the balcony (and the big ones from the bedroom). Furnished fairly well - found one of everything we needed except measuring cups. A bit out of downtown - 15 minutes to the hustle and bustle but 5 to a nearby shopping plaza with decent food (habanero's was surprisingly good and also affordable) and a supermarket. In the outside closet, there were boogie boards, chairs, an umbrella, and a great snorkel set. Loved it.

Great snorkel spot

Across the street, Kahalu'u Beachpark with some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. South a bit from town, so pretty quiet down here. Nice place, no surprises. Recommended.

Great location, great stay

We had some minor technical issues with the check-in details, but that was before our departure and everything was quickly fixed. The rental had everything we needed, and we appreciated some of the beach items that were available for our use as well. Definitely recommend!

Swimming and snorkeling are literally across the street. It’s a very short drive into City of Kailua. Shopping is just up the hill. Here you don’t have all the crowds, yet all activities are within walking distance or a short drive up the road. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The property is well maintained. You really can’t beat the location, not to mention the view from this third story unit. There was just a slight issue with power to some outlets which was addressed immediately upon reporting the issue to the property management company. A big shoutout to Abbey Vacation Rentals, very pleasant and informative staff.
