This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom inclusive of a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The modern ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and Dryer available to use. Please note it is a communal washer and dryer for the entire building and to be mindful of others that need to use it—located on the second floor. Laundry detergent is available in spot labeled #8.
• Assigned parking available for 1 vehicle, with street parking also available on a first come, first served basis.
• The pull out bed once open and made can't be closed again until check-out. It has to stay open in the living room. You will also have the option to make up the couch as a "twin bed" in the sunroom instead.
• Boat docking is available for an additional fee.
• This is a 3rd floor unit.
• Please note this unit is in a quiet residential building. We ask that you be mindful of excessive noise at all times.
• 3rd floor balcony is private.
