No matter if you choose to spend your days walking the bustling street of downtown shopping, dining, and enjoying the variety of live music, on the water or the shores of stunning Table Rock Lake, or pairing education with entertainment at the Aquarium, it’s all within easy reach.

The home’s stately interior is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily activities in and around the area, curated with comfortable furnishings and chic décor to maximize your experience. Sink into the plush living room sofa or loveseat while you queue up that new movie you’ve been saving on the mounted smart TV. You’ll have the option to blend indoor and outdoor living together by opening the sliding door onto the shaded balcony where you’ll be treated with that fresh Ozark air and an al fresco dining set for 4 with scenic views of the community. Back inside, make your way to the kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to whip up delicious meals in the convenience of home. Sit down for formal meals at the high-top table with seating for 4 or grab a stool at the counter for overflow or a more casual dining option.

This home is in a premier location with attractions like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, the local aquarium, the Titanic Museum, Grand Village Shops, and more! For a day off the beaten path, the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes is just 4 miles away. Silver Dollar City, 7 miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880s theme and is great for family fun! Downtown Branson, just 3 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. Property Update: We are pleased to share that the clubhouse common area, the fitness room, the sauna and the indoor pool have all been reopened. The outdoor pool remains available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
