This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• There is a playpen, and umbrella stroller available for guest use.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate upon check-in.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 pet, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• This is a first-floor walk-down unit, with 21 steps down required.
