This 3-bedroom townhome is desirably located close to the clubhouse within the Regal Palms Resort where guests will enjoy exciting family-friendly amenities that will take your vacation to new heights. With an onsite pool, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, gym, indoor and outdoor bars, ice cream shop, restaurant, pool table, arcade, and children’s playground, you may not even want to venture outside of the community! If you do, however, you’re within just 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, making this destination the perfect blend of privacy and relaxation as well as excitement and adventure. After filling up your days playing and lounging under the abundant Florida sun, the townhome is ready to treat you to calm nights where you can recharge for another exciting day.

The home’s common areas have been designed in soothing neutral tones, with subtle blue accents offering pops of color here and there. A cozy living area includes a comfortable sofa with accompanying armchairs, facing a smart TV w/cable where you can stream all your favorite Disney movies in anticipation for hopping the theme parks. Step outside via the sliding doors to the back patio and enjoy the fresh air in the café style seating. Back inside, head on into the kitchen where you’ll find stainless steel major appliances with accompanying teal blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and kettle. The cabinetry comes fully stocked with cookware and dining ware to give you all the comforts of home and enabling you to whip up delicious meals whenever the mood strikes. Enjoy them together at the dining room table with seating for 4 or hop up to the kitchen counter on one of 2 high-top barstools.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is decorated in a playful Mickey Mouse theme and includes 2 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV w/cable, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 is themed in the Lion King and includes 2 full beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Upon arrival at the Regal Palms Resort guests will check in with the guard at the gate with reservation info. Please note there is a daily $22.40 resort fee for the entire party paid at the front desk upon arrival. The resort fee covers the cost of resort wristbands (max of 10). After check-in guests may proceed to the home. Parking passes will be provided at the front desk at the time of check-in.
- This townhouse offers parking for 2 standard sized vehicles in the driveway.
- Please note that the driveway cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found even a tiny bit on either one, security will stop by to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being noticed is when the towing company will come out to remove the vehicle.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity? in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!
