THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 6 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. No oversized or commercial vehicles.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
• Optional pool heat for $29 per night (full stay minimum) and barbeque rental for a flat $39 fee are available, both with at least 24 hours of advanced notice required. Pool heat is recommended during winter months only. Please contact 321-800-4882 to reserve.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more!
