In addition, you’ll find yourself adjacent to the gorgeous Thousand Hills Golf Resort where you can work on your swing while surrounded by the lush and remarkable scenery of the Ozarks. No matter if you choose to spend your days walking the bustling street of downtown shopping, dining, and enjoying the variety of live music, on the water or the shores of stunning Table Rock Lake, or pairing education with entertainment at the Aquarium, it’s all within easy reach.

The home’s bright and stylish interior showcases tall ceilings sitting atop open spaces designed to maximize your downtime, accompanied by comfortable furnishings and nature-chic décor. The spacious living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating along with a smart TV for streaming movies and episodes of all your favorite shows. A sliding glass door opens out onto the ground-floor patio, a serene spot for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Back indoors, the fully equipped kitchen showcases all-white appliances, glossy stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Pull up a stool to the counter for informal meals and assisting with meal prep, while the dining room table offers a more sophisticated scene for dining underneath a sparkling antler chandelier.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• This is a 1st floor, walk down unit with 16 steps required.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 pet, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet!

This home is in a premier location with attractions like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, the local aquarium, the Titanic Museum, Grand Village Shops, and more! For a day off the beaten path, the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes is just 4 miles away. Silver Dollar City, 7 miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880s theme and is great for family fun! Downtown Branson, just 3 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

Property Update: We are pleased to share that the clubhouse common area, the fitness room, the sauna and the indoor pool have all been reopened. The outdoor pool remains available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
