Just 5 minutes from Granby Ranch or 25 minutes to Winter Park, you’ll have plenty of options for slicing through the fresh powder between grand mountain peaks. Meanwhile, your proximity to national forests offers an endless amount of opportunity for snowmobiling and cross-country skiing.

In the warmer months, a 21-minute drive north will take you to the Rocky Mountain National Park where hiking and biking trails offer one-of-a-kind experiences to connect with the great outdoors. The golfers among you will relish in the opportunity to experience the serenity of mountain golf showcasing the Fraser River, Rocky Mountain views, and native flora and fauna. For big water adventures, head to Grand Lake or Lake Granby and rent the watercraft of your choice to explore all the nooks and crannies at your own pace. Unique to the area, you also must set aside some time to visit Hot Sulpher Springs and enjoy a unique spa experience in the naturally healing waters.

The home’s grand interior is fit for a crowd, offering plentiful spaces for finding a peaceful moment to yourself as well as gathering together to reconnect and create memorable moments. Two living rooms allow the group to spread out and find their own form of entertainment, the first offering soaring wood-paneled ceilings set over plush sofa and recliner seating, a large, mounted TV, and a full-sized pool table for engaging in some friendly competition. A fireplace will help keep you warm in the colder months, creating the perfect ambiance for an immersive movie night. The modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, smooth stone countertops, and rich cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The dining room table for 8 is great for formal meals or an evening of card games, while a smaller breakfast table seats 4 for more casual bites. Steps away, the second living room is an ideal spot for enjoying the pages of a new book, a crackling fire giving cozy company. Outdoor spaces allow you to soak up even more of that fresh mountain air to sip on your fresh cup of morning coffee, enjoy an evening cocktail under the stars, or even dine on a meal or two al fresco. At the end of long days hitting the slops or trekking across the grand wilderness, make your way to the sauna where a good sweat will help you forget all your worldly concerns.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and dedicated workspace with desk and chair.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a freestanding twin bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in the garage.
• Parking available for 4 vehicles – 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. A Tesla charging station is also available.
• This home is equipped with an external security camera monitoring the driveway.
