Immediately south of the home you’ll be in the vibrant 12 South neighborhood, rich with fine-dining, designer boutiques, Sevier Park, and some of the city’s most known murals. Heading toward downtown, you’ll find musical concerts, museums, and historic exhibits around virtually every corner providing unlimited opportunity for exploration and finding something new and exciting each day. This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 1 private bedroom, a full size sleeper sofa, and an alcove just off the living room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bedroom includes a spacious king size bed and a smart TV. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and glass-walled shower/tub combo.

Music Row Escape
This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 1 private bedroom, a full size sleeper sofa, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the first floor common area. The bedroom includes a spacious king size bed and TV. The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms – the first with a single vanity and glass and tile walk-in shower, and the second with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.
