A stone’s throw from the Red Cliffs National Conservation area and within close proximity to several national parks and recreational areas, it’s a nature enthusiast’s dream escape. Nearby, Sand Hollow State Park offers a mix of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and striking red sandstone formations, an ideal spot for boating, fishing, swimming, and off-road exploration. Even closer, Quail Street State Park offers exciting adventures by way of boating, paddleboarding, wakeboarding, and even a water obstacle course. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 full-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
